Lark Hill is certainly one of the most well known Canberra region wineries if not the one with the nicest cellar doors. Certified Biodynamic since 2003; they are fully committed to making pure wines that show off the land with the most minimal impact possible.

Their Roxanne Pet Nat is delightful and made from 100% Grenache grapes; and whilst pushing the envelope it is really approachable and simply tastes like crisp and fresh sparkling rosé.

No Sulphur, no chemical additions, just sunlight, grapes and happy yeast.
