A bright blend of Trousseau and Poulsard, packed to the brim with red fruited freshness. The fruit comes from mature vines in the Jura region, where it then goes into stainless steel tanks, where it spends the next month macerating. While some spice notes do appear, the winemaking techniques used here are certainly about preserving those primary fruits characteristics; and they've nailed it. 

We'd say to give it a little chill down before serving.
