Sangiovese clearly has a new home in Heathcote as shown by Linnaea and their 8 Track Sally. The vines live with minimal intervention to maintain the pure expression of the amazing lands that we have and this shines in the final wine.

Seeing no oak at all and has stayed on lees right up until bottling has given this Sangiovese a tonne of flavour and texture that dance across your palate with lots of juicy red fruit balanced with touches of dry herbal notes.

A true great example of how great local Sangiovese can be when done well.
