Ra Ra Rouge is raring to go, and a little chill suits this wine perfectly. A fruitful aroma of firm nectarine and citrus pith, with lithe red fruit on the palate. A joyful Shiraz, that only saw a brief amount of time on its skins, hence the lighter colour. 

The juice from firmly pressed Cabernet Franc grapes have been added to a rolling ferment to build structure and fruit profile. The wine is rested on lees in old 400L French oak barrels for three months prior to blending with a fraction of Sauvignon Blanc.
