Chardonnay - Dry


Pat Underwood started with a passion for coffee which led him to meet Jarad Curwood of Chapter Wine in which kickstarted his love of winemaking, followed by traveling the world making wines from Chianti in Italy to Burgundy and Northern Rhone in France.

Now sourcing grapes across Victoria to make his own small batch, minimal intervention wines Pat is making some stunning expressions and great experimental wines.

This Chardonnay is using fruit from the Dash Farms Vineyard in Bendigo and has been fermented in one rolling ferment using multiple picks to get a wide range of texture and flavours across the wine.

With great aromatics of soft white flowers, fresh fennel and touches of honey, this is a light but delightful Chardonnay that is super refreshing and perfect for summer dishes with family.
