Sparkling Wine
Louis de Grenelle
France - Loire Valley
Sparkling - Dry
France

Description

Since 1859, Louis de Grenelle has been a beloved family-owned winery situated in the picturesque town of Saumur in the scenic Loire Valley. Under the guidance of Hubert Bodet since 1976, they uphold the prestigious Champagne tradition with steadfast dedication. Their commitment to quality shines through in each bottle, sourced meticulously from their own 'Château de la Durandiére' vineyard and trusted local growers.

This wine, radiant yellow with a golden shimmer, offers an elegant bouquet of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, complemented by subtle brioche notes. Its palate delivers a crisp, concentrated sensation with hints of ripe white fruits, achieving a beautifully balanced harmony.

90 % Chenin Blanc, 10 % Chardonnay, cool-fermented in stainless steel, followed typically by 18-24 months on lees in bottle, before disgorgement with a Brut dosage.
