Lucy M Le Ôranj Sauvi Pet Nat is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Jupiter Creek's 30-year-old vines on red clay to extract maximum flavor and delightful texture. After destemming and resting for 14 days, the juice is pressed into 680-litre ceramic eggs, fermented, and aged on lees for 5 months. With its tightness, bubbles, and feather-like texture, this Pet Nat offers a quintessential Lucy M tasting experience.

Please note this is a natural wine product and variations in each bottle is expected. It is also not filtered or fined so there is expected sediment in the bottle.  Do expect flavours you have never had before.  This product is very limited.
