Madre's mission has been to preserve the more artisanal methods of Mezcal and Tequila production as the Jalisco region shifts towards industrial practises. Partnered with the Padilla family, specialists in traditional, hand-picked agave harvesting, Madre have created two excellent low-intervention Mezcals and now have brought us this gorgeous, funky Tequila.

Undiluted and unfiltered, this Tequila's only ingredients are blue weber agave hand-harvested at peak ripeness, natural yeast and volcanically filtered well water. No glycerines or artificial sweeteners to be found. Aromatics hold notes of caramelised agave, earthy minerality and a touch of citrus. 48% alcohol, velvety in the mouth with shining, complex agave sweetness that can compliment a cocktail or be enjoyed sipped straight.
