Crisp and clean, with Timo Mayer stepping back and letting the fruit speak for itself. Fermented and aged for six months in old hogsheads, and then transferred to stainless. No lees, and no malo! Just zesty goodness coming in hot from the Yarra Valley.

Expect an array of citrus notes and lemon zest, tiptoeing slightly into the stone fruit realm. It has a real tightness to the core too, with a chalky long finish. A refreshing drop, to say the least.
