75% Pinot Noir and 25% Syrah, 50% whole bunches. This is the first release of the blend by Timo Mayer, with the intention of offering an introduction to Mayer's wines while keeping prices accessible. The beautifully perfumed red fruits from Mayer's Pinot intermingle with black fruits, with just the faintest pepper spice. It's light and juicy, with gentle tannins, making way for a lively red wine that could even hold up to some fridge temps.
