Fruit was sourced from vines that are ageing well into their 30s, hand picked, and whole bunch pressed into pre-seasoned French Oak barrels (about 10% new), where it is left to age on lees for 9 months. Another stunning wine from Peter Dredge, of expert craftmanship.

"This year maybe offers a little extra richness and fruit power, though it’s still a tight little devil, with a driving grapefruity acid line though white peach and lime zest, a little lemon butter gloss and richness, along with cedar and spice.
