Description

A perfect drop for the springtime; great straight up, but we'd recommend chilling this one. Some crunchy red fruits, and some spice lifting it up, this 100% whole cluster Gamay just screams drinkability. 

Gamay vines were first planted in 1987 at the Meadowbank vineyard, while a contribution of Gamay planted in 2015 also makes the cut. Spontaneously fermented over 10 days, then foot stomped for 4 days, and left to age for 3 months in old French Oak barrels.
