Mery Melrose is an artisan, family-owned Cognac house, established in 2012 by Francois and Jani Mery, where they grow their own grapes organically with the intentions of creating exceptional cognac.

The grapes chiefly used here, were Motils and Colombard, with the grape must blended with young cognac, and aged in oak barrels. Honey and passionfruit notes can be discerned olfactorily, while the fruit driven freshness extends onto the palate with well balanced alcohol. A fine pairing with desserts, but equally as enjoyable as an aperitif.
