Raspberries and tart, red cherries come to mind here, with just a sprinkling of Mediterranean herb, perhaps thyme. The fruit was sourced from across the cool climate of the Limestone Coast, and made by winemakers Keeda Zilm and Luke Broadbent. There's a striking freshness on the palate, with vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and red fruited deliciousness.
