Pushing flavour and ripeness to the max, Minim Wine chose to harvest their Cabernet Sauvignon later than usual, under focused farming efforts, and with the hand of an excellent growing season, in order to seek the perfect balance between power and finesse. 

Full bodied and ripe in flavour, this wine has plentiful black and blue fruit aromatics, with blackberry, cassis, and blood plum all in perfect synergy. Some brambly herbaceousness helps to liven it up, and add some complexity, while its developed tannins endure through to the end. Very vivid fruit!
