Finding itself almost near a rosé, but not quite, the Minim XO New Small Rouge is the closest thing to a Gamay or Pinot Noir that Minim Wines could make out of Syrah. Perfect for sipping in the spring, the wine expresses a youthful, bright version of the variety, with pomegranate and rhubarb notes springing from the glass. Some rooibos and star anise come through on the palate, with just a touch of skin tannin left, and bright acidity, to create a truly refreshing drop.
