A Syrah released from Minim Wine, grown at their Metcalfe vineyard in South Heathcote, where improved soil and vine health from their regenerative farming efforts meant the vine canopies held enough vigour to ripen the fruit into new levels of flavour.

 A deep concentration of cassis, boysenberry, and dark cherries, accommodated by savoury notes of liquorice and aniseed, tobacco, and leather. The 16 months in seasoned oak further helps to temper the powerful, persistent tannins. A wine that'll easily see it develop over 10 years or more in the cellar, but with enough ripe fruit to enjoy now too.
