Description

Established in 1971 by John and Marli Middleton, Mount Mary Triolet was first released in 1987, inspired by the white wines of the Graves district in Bordeaux.  Triolet is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, handpicked and fermented separately.  On the nose the Triolet gives a display of lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and freshly cut grass.  On the palate a delicate savouriness with slate, seashells, beeswax and a creamy texture with a crispy acidity to balance.  Very long finish.
