A family-run winery that has been producing biodynamic grapes since 2008. Yeast from the area is used for fermentation. An Extra Brut blended of 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay from Verzy Grand Cru, Grande Montagne de Reims.

Post disgorgement the wine had a 6 month ageing period in the cellar. A complex wine with a medium body and a golden straw colour. On the palate, quince, nuts and brioche are followed by citrus flavours that are bright, crisp, and there is floral notes also. Vivid acidity. The finish is long and lingering.
