A serious, complex Chardonnay hailing from the Geelong region of Victoria, showing the care and attention that winemaker Ben Mullen has for producing wines of exceptional quality. Everything seems to be in balance here, with generosity met with citric-like crunch. 

Whole bunch fruit was pressed to oak, with about a third of the liquid going through malolactic conversion in order to add some texture without it feeling too weighty. 25% saw new oak too, adding great depth of spice. An array of stone fruit notes are instantly discernible, with citrus and a light almond meal touch, while it walks the line of zippy acidity and plushness.
