Signature Clare Valley earthiness is laced through the aromatics of this Shiraz, accompanied by strong notes of dried fig, dark chocolate, dark berries and a hint of mint. It's a big wine on the palate, bright and gripping, but some lovely suppleness as well, courtesy of the fine tannins structuring everything. Drink now, or watch it blossom with some age.
