The perfect sake to go with lunch or dinner, its lovely balance of sweet and savoury characteristics making it a real chameleon of a drink. The nose is understated and inviting, holding notes of enoki mushroom, white rice and traces of spearmint and cream. On the palate it has a lactic texture, and there are opulent white chocolate and cream flavours accompanying this. However, the crisp acidity throughout balances everything, leading to a grippy, clean finish.
