Made with a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer from the King Valley that was co-fermented together to really make these two sing in harmony together in a light and delicate manner.

After many mishaps in the fermentation process, Nomads Garden managed to salvage an amazing first Pet-Nat full of savoury and herbal notes, with just touches of sweet rose and lychee from the Gewurztraminer.
