This blend is made up of freshly pressed white grape juice and one year Cognac, aged together for 5 years in oak casks. The result is a full-bodied, but delicately sweet dessert wine. Aromatics hold notes of lime blossom, honey, peaches, almond and quince jelly. On the palate the flavours are concentrated but maintain a wonderful freshness. Drinks best as a chilled aperitif.
