A producer with over 100 years of history behind it, this aperitif was made from white grape juice, and cognac, the latter taking up 60% of its contents. Its golden colour is almost intrinsic, to the elegance and complexity that emits from the glass; citrus-blossoms, peaches, plums, and figs, all make an appearance, while vanilla, almond, and honied notes, from its time spent in barrel, help to build deep complexity. Full-bodied and refined, serving this aperitif undiluted will no doubt be immensely rewarding.
