A blend of three varieties, all hailing from different locations around the Limestone Coast in South Australia. The Gewürztraminer is sourced from the Padthaway subregion, the Pinot Gris from Robe, and then some Riesling from Mount Gambier. Together, you're left with a wine that evokes fruit salad aromas, with lychees and rosewater from the Gewürz pulling through on the palate, creating an easy-drinking, somewhat textural blend, with bright acidity through to the finish.
