This is the third release from the Ox Hardy Fiano block, and differs from previous iterations as while the fruit is still mostly tank fermented, 10% of the juice this year was fermented in old oak hogshead. The nose is all delicate pear, citrus and stone fruits. Pears and citrus carry over into the palate, paired with a nice, briney acidity and soft finish. Wonderfully textured.
