Paralian's Bowyer Ridge Chardonnay is an exotic, acid-forward number, creating a cooled, mouth-watering wine. Kenton Valley fruit was whole bunch pressed into French puncheons for 11 weeks, partial Malo and stirring constructing a unique texture.

White blossom, tropical florals and white peach are forefront on the nose. It is chalky on the palate, with flavours of spiced fruits and nutty oxidisation balanced by nice lashings of salinity. A citrusy finish creates lovely length.
