Pecorino was a very old grape that until semi-recently was rediscovered and used for single grape wines. Names after the tradition of herding sheep (Pecora is the Italian word for sheep) as the Pecorino grape is of the first to ripen and sheep are attracted to its ripe fruit.

The Gabriel Pecorino is a bright and vibrant straw colour with a heavy nose of apricot blossoms and lemongrass with a touch of a sea spray vibe in the background. Quite rounded and quite a depth of flavour, discover how amazing this old Italian grape truly is.
