Only the best Moscato Giallo fruit is deemed worthy of making the Turbul release. Destemmed and fermented on skins in stainless steel from April until the first day of Spring, before being pressed off and matured in seasoned hogsheads until later Winter 2025. Unfiltered, unfined.

An enticing aroma is an understatement, with a strong floral exhibit of citrus blossoms, roses, and lavender notes. It has a mouth-coating, pulpy texture, with just a fresh hint of salinity at the end. It's fresh, it's pretty... it's pretty darn delicious!
