Radford Dale have created a wonderful Pinotage, a lesser known but no less excellent variety, with this one. Aromatics are packed with enticing layers of raspberry and rosewater, while the palate is a rich combination of black fruits and berry compote. There's an almost fruitcake-like quality to this red. Medium-bodied with grippy tannins and a refreshing, bright finish.
