Ricca Terra winemakers have taken full advantage of Australia's warm, dry climate to produce this flavourful Fiano, native to the dry climate of Italy. Fruit was hand-pruned and hand-picked and naturally fermented in French oak, aged to ensure the wine's flavour were not overpowered by the oak.

There are plenty of traditional Fiano grapefruit, lemon and pear flavour, and they are balanced by notes of struck match and citrus, creating a lovely, punchy wine.
