Sandy soils of the Box Grove Vineyard, help this Pinot Gris thrive, with some of the fruit carbonic macerated, and only a portion destemmed. Left on skins for five days to extract colour and phenolics, and then split between old oak and stainless steel.

Full of juicy fruits, with Asian pears and strawberries, mandarin peel, and white florals on show, while some Turkish delight and blood orange behind it. The palate's fleshy and alive, with a bit of grip left on the finish.
