A re-imagining of Barossa Shiraz as a light, chillable and glugable red. Fruit was picked early for maximum brightness and vivacity, then fermented with wild yeast and matured in neutral French oak. The resulting flavours are zippy raspberry, blackcurrant and sour cherry at the front of the palate, followed by subtle spiciness. Fine tannins and refreshing acidity means that while this is a red that does well with a chill, it's just as excellent sitting on the table.
