Taylor & Smith's Gin is unique in comparison to all other Australia Gins on the market due to them distilling their own base Eau de Vie using apples from the Huon Valley which creates a base flavour profile unlike anything else.

In addition to this apple base, they use 17 botanicals including Kunzea for sweetness, Tasmanian Pepper Berries, Leatherwood Honey and Blood Orange to really have a tart but sweet overall palate.
