A subdued but complex sake. On the nose are earthier, fungal notes, complimented by notes of nougat, bread dough, white flowers, capsicum and herbs. The palate is similarly savoury, holding notes of mushroom, rice bran and just a touch of melon. Best enjoyed with food at either room temperature or warm.
