Harnessing precise winemaking skills harnessed from countless vintages in Burgundy, Marc Lunt has created a pet nat that appeals even to the snobbiest of wine snobs.

Using two of the lesser sung heroes of Burgundy, Gamay and Aligote, he has created a Pet-Nat with a 50/50 blend of the two varieties that was aimed to give more that just a juicy easy drinking wine.

Giving us big cherry notes both on the nose and aromatically, you also get detailed touches of herbs that just offset the juiciness with enough texture and crunch to fully make you dive into this world he has created within the wine.
