Marc Lunt from Terrason is at one with Pinot Noir having honed many vintages in Burgundy. This single block from the Swallowfields vineyard amongst the southern-most vineyards of the Upper Yarra Valley, the vineyard's granite and quartz soils are situated around 300 metres above sea level. Given its position, the wine is pretty and intensely aromatic and filled with character. 

The wine gets extended aging in old oak barrels until just before the next harvest. No additions are added apart from a spritz of SO2 for freshness at bottling just as nature intended.
