What a joy! Cloudy and sulphite free fizzy goodness made from Glera aka Prosecco by the great minds at The Story Wines.

Made somewhat similarly to the French classic Pet Nats (or Petillant Naturel) the wine is left to finish fully fermenting naturally in the bottle, rather than under pressure or by adding CO2 and all the sediment is left to add to the amazing goodness that is this wine.

With a dry crispness and subtle floral notes, this is perfect for days in the sun with good food, good friends and great times.
