Husband and wife winemaking team, Laura and Tim Penniment, run the show at Three Elms Wines. Their wines are an ode to the remote, beautiful surrounds of Frankland River. They aim to showcase how traditional grape varieties can thrive and showcase the unique flavours of their home region.

This is a traditional full-bodied, big-flavoured, no-nonsense Tempranillo. The aromatics hold expected and inviting notes of tobacco, black cherry, dark berries and plum. The texture is smooth with soft tannins, laden with flavours of spice, red fruits, smoky meats, dried herbs, and a touch of vanilla to offset. A perfect steak wine.
