A structured, stout, medium-bodied Pinot Noir from Two Tonne Tasmania. The granite and volcanic terroir is reflected on the palate of this red, largely through the soil-like edge that encases smooth flavours of black cherry, dark berries and wild herbs. Firm tannins keep the wine defined among bright, aromatic expression. Balanced, savoury and delicious.
