The Dog & Wolf is the top Chardonnay by one of Tasmania's best young winemakers Ricky Evans.

Being a blend of two sites, Waverly which is east of Launceston and Three Wishes in the East Tamar Valley. The fruit from Waverly is picked early to maximize the natural acidity and brightness of the wine, whilst Three Wishes is a cooler climate and thus picked later to get big round full flavours across the spectrum of this Chardonnay.

With plenty of depth with flavours of oyster shell, white stone fruit and fresh florals, this limited release Chardonnay is a true masterpiece of how good Tasmanian Chardonnay has become.
