The launch-pad wine for Two Tonne Tasmania in 2013, and a consistently excellent wine every vintage since then. This is a classic Pinot - big red fruit flavours are prominent, particularly cranberry, raspberry and strawberry, with a hint of spice to balance things. Chalky tannins create a fascinating mouthfeel, and combined with the juicy flavours, this becomes an incredibly moreish drop.
