This bright Hunter Valley Shiraz is a modern wine made with traditional methods. Fruit was handpicked with 10% whole bunch , then cold soaked, wild fermented in open concrete fermenters, followed by hand-plunging and ageing in French oak Foudre and Puncheons for 11 months.

Its tannins are dark and elegant, and it is packed with dark fruit flavours.
