This Shiraz presents with luscious, mouth-filling flavours of dark plum, typical of it's cool climate cultivation. These rich, sweet fruit notes find balance in the gently drying tannins imbued by oak aging, which impart a subtle charred character. Lifted, lightly spiced nuances with a hint of pepper add complexity, harmonizing with the wine's gentle acidity. Bottled early to retain its fresh fruit essence, it has matured in the bottle for over 12 months, culminating in a fragrant, well-integrated wine with depth and character.
