Jean Paul began his winemaking career in Burgundy, France and still to this day has a passion for their traditional and minimal winemaking techniques.

This Chardonnay is a great example of this as it has been picked early to capture the grapes most natural acidity and aged in French Oak. The result is a medium bodied Chardonnay with plenty of minerality with subtle hints of vanilla bean and apricots, finishing nice and dry and texturally.
