Jean Paul has made wines all over the world, starting his career in Burgundy, France and falling in love with making wines that are a pure expression of the land.

In this case he shows off how good cool climate Shiraz can be, with grapes from Bendigo and allowing the wine to have a long and slow fermentation process.

Resulting in a masterpiece of Victorian Shiraz, with bright vibrant blueberry notes coming through with just subtle tannins and spice on the back end leaving you lingering.
