Woodlawn is Ricky Evans of Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah's Single Vineyard wines. Selecting the best single sites he has access to and careful planning, dedication and 10 years of work in the vineyard has culminated in the release of these wines. The Pinot Noir from this site was incredibly low yielding in 2022 producing fruit that was incredibly concentrated and full of flavour. As much as 40% of the wines were processed as whole bunches to match the richness of the fruit and then the wine was matured in old barriques for 11 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered and further matured for another 12 months.
