Woodlawn is Ricky Evans of Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah's Single Vineyard wines. Selecting the best single sites he has access to and careful planning, dedication and 10 years of work in the vineyard has culminated in the release of these wines. Tight acidity is the main feature of this Pinot Noir produced from the small bunches of fruit from the vineyard. Winemaking techniques were utilised to preserve this tension with the natural acidity to create a wine that will age well for the ages.
